1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- The return process applies to products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
- Products that have been opened or used, unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, and describe the product you want to return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or if we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Refund Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund.
- The refunded amount may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference.
- How to Report a Damaged or Defective Product:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Send the photos and a description of the issue to info@codesora.xyz.
- We will guide you through the process and issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For Defective or Incorrect Products: CODESORA will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product.
For Customer Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once the item is received.
