  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international locations in the future.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • After processing, we will ship your order and provide you with a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping methods, and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (available for select locations).
  • Priority Shipping: Next-day delivery (available for select locations if ordered before the cutoff time).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
  • Expedited and Priority Shipping: Additional charges apply, and the cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • You can track your order through the shipping carrierโ€™s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Delays

7. Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us at info@codesora.xyz or 781-761-7415. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or initiate a claim.
  • CODESORA is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked the shipment as “delivered.”

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or issues with delivery.

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. You can, however, return the item once received following our Return and Refund Policy.

10. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • At this time, CODESORA only ships within the United States. We are working to offer international shipping soon and will notify customers when it becomes available.
